By using IC-38 Exam Prep (the app and website at ic38prep.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

IC-38 Exam Prep provides educational content to help you prepare for the IRDAI IC-38 insurance agent exam. We do not guarantee exam success or employment.

3. Content Accuracy

The questions, answers, and study materials are prepared for educational purposes based on the IC-38 syllabus. Insurance regulations, exam patterns, and syllabus content are periodically revised by IRDAI and the Insurance Institute of India. While we strive to keep content current and accurate, we cannot guarantee that all questions and answers reflect the latest regulatory changes. Candidates are strongly encouraged to also refer to the official IC-38 study materials and their appointed training provider for the most current information.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the phone number or Google account used to sign in.

5. Subscription & Pricing

IC-38 Exam Prep is currently free to use during our launch period. If and when paid premium plans are introduced, the current plans and prices will always be shown inside the app before any purchase. All prices are in INR and include applicable GST. Payments are processed through the mobile app.

6. Refund Policy

For any paid premium plan, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, explanations, study notes, and the user interface, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

8. Disclaimer

IC-38 Exam Prep is an independent exam preparation platform. IC-38 is an exam mandated by IRDAI. We are not affiliated with IRDAI or the Government of India. Practice questions are prepared for educational purposes based on the IC-38 syllabus.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for exam failure or any consequences arising from use of this service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid for a subscription.
